All products purchased
from Amtek, Inc. have one-year warranty against defects. All returns
within thirty days of the purchase date for exchange or a full credit of
the charged amount to your billing account - provided they do not have
liquid or severe impact damage. Items returned after thirty days up to
the maximum warranted period, the product(s) will be replaced with a new
or reconditioned similar product(s). |

For returns or exchanges:
1. Call us or download
online for the RMA request form.
2. Complete the RMA form with the reason(s) of your return.
3. Fax the completed RMA form (949) 477-9978 (or email to
sales@amtekinc.com) for an RMA number.
4. After you receive the RMA number, you may return the products (as
described on the RMA form) back to:

5. Your assigned RMA number is valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
6. Please make sure the RMA number is written on outside of the
returning package. No packages/returns will be accepted without an RMA
number.
We reserve the option to accept non-defective returns. Such returns may
be subject to restocking fee.
All claims for shortage, damage or shipment errors must be made within 7
days after receipt of shipment. Our liability shall be limited to the
invoice value of the materials or its replacement. |
